Referral Program Details

We believe in keeping this simple and transparent. Here’s how the Pure H₂O Referral Program works:

You will receive $100 for each completed complimentary in-home water test appointment. A completed appointment means the visit occurred as scheduled and the homeowner was present.
There is no purchase required for you to earn the $100 referral thank-you.
In addition, when six (6) of your referred households each purchase and install at least two (2) qualifying Pure H₂O systems (water, air, or laundry), we will refund the cost of your original Pure H₂O purchase.
Qualifying systems must be installed and active. Refund eligibility is confirmed after all requirements are met.
Referral rewards and refund offers are subject to program eligibility, availability, and verification. Program terms may change without notice.
