Everything You Need to Know

Is the water test really free?
Yes — 100% free. A certified technician tests your water, walks you through the results, and recommends the right solution if one is needed. It's what we do best.
Is Ohio tap water safe to drink?
Ohio water is generally treated to meet regulatory requirements, but conditions can vary by location, plumbing, and treatment changes. Chlorine levels, hardness, and dissolved solids can all shift before water reaches your tap. An in-home test shows what your family actually uses day to day.
Do I need a water test if I'm on city water?
Yes. City water is treated at the plant, but what comes out of your tap can be different. Hardness, chlorine, and other factors vary from home to home depending on your pipes, water heater, and local distribution. A free in-home test shows exactly what's happening at your faucet — not at the treatment plant.
Why does my water smell like chlorine?
Chlorine is commonly used for disinfection. Levels can fluctuate seasonally, after maintenance, or depending on how far you are from the treatment plant. A whole-home chlorine removal system solves this.
Does a water softener remove chlorine?
No. Softeners address hardness minerals like calcium and magnesium. Chlorine reduction requires a separate carbon or catalytic filtration system. We can set up both together.
Do you also purify air?
Yes. We carry hospital-grade air purification systems from RainSoft, HealthWay, and Aerus that install into your HVAC or work as standalone units. They remove allergens, bacteria, viruses, mold, and odors.
What areas do you serve?
We serve 35+ counties across Central and Southwest Ohio, including Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and surrounding areas — both city water and private wells.
